10 Removal of stud wall and wall between stairs and living room, to open up the space.

From start to finish the communication and work from Luke and his team was top quality, and it was all done to the highest of standard. 10 Remove shower screen and fix a leak. Check for further water damage and repair as necessary.

A leak appeared in our downstairs shower. Vintage Developments attended site within 48 hours and repaired the issue there a then. Very efficient and professional service. 10 Expose Steel Column and apply liquid DPM and make good including tiled floor.

It has been a pleasure to work with Vintage Developments over the last couple of weeks. Through out the job the team has been conscientious and professional. The quality of the workmanship has been excellent. And, as importantly, the post work clean down was unexpected but most welcome.
