Replaced some blown bricks and repointed. Work done quickly and professionally, good comms and was out to view and quote within a couple of days and job completed shortly after. Really pleased - highly recommended.

An excellent building duo of father and son who built a kitchen extension and a bedroom & shower room extension in two contracts of about 4 months each. They dealt with all building skills except installing plumbing and electrics. The senior, Patrick, dealt with all building regulation requirements without a fuss, including installing a rainwater soakaway required by the control officer, which unexpectedly encountered next-door’s gas pipe and water pipe. Time keeping was excellent with no sense of disappearing to another job. Invoices were submitted on a fortnightly basis in arrears.

We needed ongoing TLC to our home and he was recommended. We started off with a small job so we could get a sense of each other. Then another larger job and now (to us) a major job. We are so impressed with his advice, workmanship, tidiness and courtesy and carrying out extra minor jobs that needed tweaking that I have no hesitation in writing this recommendation

Conscientious, Hard Working, Committed. This is the only way to describe Pat & Bradley. The workmanship is exceptional, the quality of work outstanding. Walls taken down, beams installed, vaulted ceiling, Velux windows installed internal walls all plastered ready to paint. A superb job highly recommend. Thank you Pat & Brad we have exactly what we wanted.

Pat clearly explained the details of the work to be done beforehand, much of which in the porch was out of sight and not readily apparent from the outside. Working with his son Brad the two tasks were completed efficiently, without disturbing me in any way and to a very high standard. Their attention to detail was second to none and over the week or so the work took to complete they left everything very neat and tidy during the overnight periods. They provided very good value for money and I would thoroughly recommend them.
