Shaun was excellent from start to finish. He quoted me for an Ajax wireless system to replace the ageing alarm which I had and I'm very pleased with it. The quote was competitive, he was very knowledgeable, tidy, professional and spent time talking and explaining the more technical aspects of the system. Shaun fitted cctv for me and what oustanding job he did from start to finish. Shaun was quick to identify my requirements and provided honest/expert advice through the whole process, whilst maintaining budget and adhering to the installation date provided. We had a requirement for CCTV Installation on our house. Saw the positive reviews on Viking’s website and thought I’d give it a go. Shaun went beyond and above explaining everything from options, installation and post installation. Surpassed all expectations. We also had a door bell camera fitted for FREE.
