Matt has been exceptionally helpful in providing practical and detailed advice about my current boiler. There was no hard upselling of a new boiler, but he guided me through the different options to best solve its lack of functionality, giving me choices along the way and explaining everything. He also made sure that there weren’t any hidden problems such as leaks or radiator issues. I’d thoroughly recommend this company to others.

Excellent service all round. First contact with Amber was very positive as she appeared to know far more than the last plumber we got advice from. Arranged an appointment with Matt who talked us through all our options. He was obviously very knowledgeable. Agreed to upgrade our ancient boiler to a combi system and Matt's work was superb, having to work in a sweltering loft on the hottest days this year without complaint. Amber also helped out on the second day of the fit and the pair of them worked their socks off! Highly recommended.

We have used Matt’s services for a number of things around the house now, heated towel rail installation, removed old water tank and boiler and installed new boiler, annual boiler service. Absolutely excellent from the first contact through to job completion. Matt arrived at the agreed time with texts keeping me updated on his progress prior to arrival. Spent time explaining everything that he would be doing from checking the oil tank, feed line and boiler service. Explained everything he found, repairers made and followed up with a very detailed report, including photographs. All in all, a very professional company, excellent service carried out by a very honest and respectful engineer. Viking will be getting my business going forward.
