So so pleased!! Got these guys out for a second opinion as we’d been quoted an obscene amount for a brand new boiler by another company - turns out we don’t need a new boiler, Rick was here for about an hour, found the problem, balanced all the radiators so the downstairs radiators now get warm for the first time in months and replaced a broken valve on another radiator. He was so helpful and explained everything to me so I understood and saved us literally thousands of pounds!!! Would recommend to anyone, super reliable and a job well done. Thank you!

Riki has been very responsive and provided a competitive quote from the outset. He and his team were extremely prompt and accommodating, and it was much appreciated that he managed to squeeze us into his diary at short notice. Riki and his team did an impressive job relocating and commissioning our new boiler, all completed within the same day. The quality of the work was excellent, and he continued to provide helpful support even after the installation was finished. I would highly recommend Viking. We’re now planning to replace all our radiators and will def get them back in again.
