  Leak under sink. Removed very cold diy fittings and replaced

  Vaughn did a great job of fixing a leak under my sink. The original fittings were clearly a dodgy diy job by the previous owners so he fit some new pipes under the sink and replaced the washing machine pipe (!) that was leading out to the outside tap. He also then helped me remove a metal plug from my bathroom. Good work, reasonable price, nice guy. I’d use again!

  Remove old shower and fit a new shower

  This guy is the best! I'm so happy that I've found Vaughn. He's a tradesman that has more care, cleanliness, attention to detail and determination to get the job done quickly than you can believe. This man doesn't take a break until the job is done! He was so careful to keep things clean and tidy during the work that you knew you could just trust him to get the job done. He absolutely has the best work ethic I've experienced. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, no hidden extras and kept going till the job was done to make sure I was absolutely happy with the finished job. 10 out of 10!!

  Broken boiler fixed

  Vaughn was great, came out at very short notice on a friday evening to fix my dodgy boiler. Certainly seemed to know what he was doing and tidied up after himself well. Would highly recommend him and I will certainly be using him to install a new boiler for me when I've saved up enough to get one!!

  New boiler fitted

  Vaughn was respectful courteous and diligent, he installed a new boiler, radiator, tidied previous pipe work and sorted out a leak in my cellar. We agreed that the work would take two days and I was kept informed in how the work was progressing. Vaughn came on the agreed date and on time he worked hard working late to finish the work on time. Before he left on both days he made sure everything was clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend Vaughn and he will be returning next year to service my boiler.

  Vaughn and his team are always courteous and extremely thorough and professional in all visits conducted and work carried out. They were very transparent regarding quotes provided and always quick to respond to any calls or queries. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for relevant plumbing, hot water services (etc.) jobs. V I Hains will continue to be our first port-of-call for this work. Well done team!
