We had a new combi boiler and Hive system installed, with the old conventional boiler removed, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, the team arrived on time, and everything was explained clearly. Jordan, Dan, and Tom were polite, professional, and carried out the installation to a very high standard. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards, leaving everything tidy. We used Jordan and his team to replace our boiler. Jordan had great communication with his prior to the install and the job was completed stress free and no hassle.

Made contact via check a trade, was contacted by said supplier who offering there services, agreed price and asked when it could be done they said Saturday, which went by, made contact confirming was it the following Saturday, confirmed address and telephone number…again a no show…we need to eat, we have waited for the cooker to be fitted on the reliability of tradesperson found via check a trade….but found that to be a waste of time!!

Videtta provided the most competitive quote for installing a Hive system for my heating. It required a bit of work with the electrics to be able to do this (which I knew in advance from my research) but is now up and running without issues. On visit the engineer also noticed some issues with my boiler following on from a service from another company earlier in the year. Will definitely be using them again (for a re-service of my boiler) as well as in the future. Thank you
