I have used Jamie twice now to service my unvented electric hot water cylinder. On both occasions he has been very professional, punctual, and on top of that has entertained me with his interesting conversation on a wide range of topics! I would recommend Jamie as a heating engineer without hesitation.

Boiler maintenance. He's very rigorous in his approach, did all the visual and safety checks, including for potential leaks, abnormal noises, proper temperature and pressure readings. He made sure there was no corrosion, performed thorough cleaning to prevent any blockage. He also gave us valuable advice to prevent costly breakdowns.

He gave me advice, helped me to decide on which replacement boiler would be best for this house, and within a week had installed the new machine and taken the other away.
