    Very poor service- inconsistent service- I would not recommend

    This review has nuance to it as this trade did do a great job cleaning one of the properties for us and for that I left a great review, but equally, I must be honest with my review of the second property. As the photos show, almost no cleaning at all was done. Major dirty places were left completely untouched, including floor, toilet walls, kitchen walls, cobwebs, electrical cupboard, and other things. They issued a refund but withheld £50 which I don’t think is fair at all considering that we are now being charged by the landlord for no cleaning.

    Great job- Would reuse them for sure!

    They cleaned our new home and the old one on the same day, the latter at very short notice and did a great job. We got the carpets shampooed, and you can tell from the lovely smell. They also identified an issue with the sink and recommended a plumber who attended the premises after just a few hours. He was also very knowledgeable and will be using his services more in the future.
