Matt turned up on time to perform a survey of what work would be required. He was very helpful in explaining what we would need and how the installation would work. Then, on the scheduled day, Dan turned up on time, was very polite and helpful, explaining exactly what would be involved in the installation, and keeping us in touch with all aspects of the installation. The work was completed in a very professional manner, and we have been extremely happy with how it now works.

Matt was very polite and explained things very clearly. We decided not to have a softener installed but would have been pleased to use Vickery if we had decided differently.

Very pleased with installation of the water softener it was much older than I thought it would be i’m hoping to see the benefits the longer the apartment is installed I have already noticed that washing It’s looking a lot brighter and generally surfaces are coming up brighter.

All communication was timely and acurate. Work was tidy and neat. Everyone were polite and efficient. Job well done and we are so please with the resulting softened water.

Dan fitted us a Hague water softener with a water filter, plus a new 3 way kitchen tap. The pipes were all professionally installed and soldered, and the softener works perfectly. We had one small leak in a pipe fitting that wasn't their fault, but Dan arrived within 45 minutes of my call and fixed it immediately. I would absolutely recommend going with Vickery as their impartial and expert advice on the variety of water softeners available was extremely useful, and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, unlike the Harvey sales rep! 10/10 customer service

The space under the kitchen sink is very small. He need remove all the pipes and install new pipes into the water softeners. Thank you for his hard work.
