We had a new water softener installed yesterday by Vickery Water Softeners. The company was recommended to us by a good friend who had just had the same Minimax Innova system in stalled. we had a visit by their engineer prior to having the work done to determine if the system was right for us. The installation took about five hours and and required us to turn off the main water supply for three hours. We are delighted with the outcome the system fits neatly under the sink with some small additional pipework and the fitter was very friendly and he left the kitchen immaculate.

We used Vickery to install a new Harvey water softener. They are so knowledgeable and passionate about the products and the service they provide. They tidied up the pipework that was installed by a previous provider and ensured all was working and in order. They left the place immaculate and we are delighted with the results. Would 100% recommend.

We were very pleased with the service. Helpful sales visit with clear information about the best product for us, and where to fit it. Easy to arramge fitting date. Very professional installation using the best materials. The water softener works perfectly, no more lime scale, and we have soft towels.

An amazing company, which is rare to say these days! Knowledgeable and friendly staff from start to finish and the work completed was to a very high standard. No hard sales or pressure to sell more. Dan, fitted our water softener, was brilliant. He is clearly passionate about what he does. We are really happy with our softener. Highly recommend.
