Matt did a great job fitting my water softener and also spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the outdoor stopcock to avoid making indoor mess, as it was is an unusual place. Requested a visit to discuss replacement Water Softener, Matt explained the options regarding all aspects of the types available. He outlined what minor improvements would be necessary to our current installation - these would be carried out FOC. We were very impressed by the Harvey Range and went ahead with order. The work was booked for the following week and carried out at the time and date agreed. The performance of the Harvey Water Softener is very impressive and the running costs seem very reasonable.
