Had a new heat pump water heater/cylinder installed and wanted to ensure it lasts as long as possible by taking hard water out of the picture. I also wanted to have the maximum flow rate possible as pressure in my area is good already (great for showers). Had some idea of the other benefits of softened water and Matt took me through all the details, dispelling one of the biggest myths (for me and my situation) about drinking softened water. The whole process was effortless, from arranging the install to handover. It's easy to recommend Vickery with what they've provided me.

Brilliant service! Dan installed our new Harvey water softener with real professionalism. The installation was neat, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and he took the time to walk us through using the Harvey app. Highly recommend and happy to support a great local business.

Our water softener system was installed about 2 months ago. We were pleased with the installation process and the system is working well. It's nice to see the household plumbing fittings staying cleaner with no trace of limescale.
