Great company from start to finish. Communication from quote was great and any questions answered quickly and easily to understand. Work on the day of fitting was great too, Dan explained everything beforehand and laid protective covers on the floor. All under sink plumbing was redone and much better than before to great a neat and well installed finish. Great work and would highly recommend to anyone.

From my initial contact with Matt and Lindsey at Vickery Water Softeners the experience has been first class.They were quick to respond and gave expert advice on reviewing the location of our new softener. I chose them because they are a family run business who clearly care about the customer experience and their communication and professionalism demonstrated this.The new pipework is extremely neat and the location of the water softener well thought out to maximise space under our sink. Matt ensured all areas were protected during the work and in short the attention to detail was excellent.

Customer care and after sales are exemplary, extending to years after installation. We had our 12 year old water softener replaced with a new model. Very good communication and advice, followed by efficient and tidy work during the actual installation. Highly recommended.
