I got the whole house fumigated, for a higher price, but one month after the fumigation I found live bed bugs in the guest room. The guest room was fumigated two more times but I still see live bed bugs in the room. When I talked about garentee, they called me a liar and want £100more to do the guest room again.

Very professional, polite and friendly company. One of the only companies to contact me back fully and answer my queries. Arranged for Richard to come along, the treatment wasn't straightforward as the wasps were nesting under the corrugated roof. He treated as best as possible in the pouring rain and limited access but said he would return in a week and retreat if it was necessary but it wasn't it worked first time! Highly recommended!!
