  Velux roof widow replacement,

  VFM we’re doing work for a neighbour, I was impressed by the use of scaffolding to allow for safe working. So I asked for a quote to have a Velux window supplied and replaced at my house. Through the discussion I was reassured they knew what they were about. I accepted the fix price quote, the work was done as agreed. The installation was neat, the team polite and respectful of my home and left me having tidied up after themselves. I was very happy to play them for the work.

  Mark and his team are very patient and kind. I didn’t feel pressured. I had time to think about the works and to get other quotes. I was provided with an itemised quote so I could see what the costs were for. Any questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Mark always responds to calls and texts. Had regular updates. Had a chance to look at the work before final payment.. I would use this contractor again and l would recommend them.
