We purchased two sets of patio doors from Vetro Trade Frames nearly three years ago as part of a major renovation project. What impressed is Vetro’s incredible aftercare. As the house settled into its new foundations, we experienced some minor movement, which led to a small issue with water ingress during heavy rain. Vetro was absolutely fantastic—whenever we needed assistance, they came out promptly and resolved the issue with professionalism and care. Highly recommended! B&K

Courteous, knowledgeable, polite and decent chap came to look at my window. He let me know that there was a minor fault with it and explained how to overcome it. Then he advised me to do some remedial cleaning and clearing up and then keep an eye on the window because he thought it was ok. He could quite easily have charged me for a repair I probably don't need or a replacement window. His honestly, professionalism and courtesy were a breath of fresh air. And nothing was a trouble. Couldn't recommend enought.

Looking for aluminium patio doors to replace same, we came across Vetro on the website & visited the showroom. Matt was really helpful & listened to what we wanted - & James & Jamie did an excellent job of measuring up & fitting. We asked for a few small changes to be made- which were done efficiently & without fuss - & we are delighted with our new aluminium doors. Thank you Vetro- highly recommended.

We had a typical 1980’s rear extension with a flat roof and a huge pitched glass roof light which was draughty in the winter and leaked heat. We had various very expensive estimates to replace the rooflight with multi-paned units. After searching the internet we found a manufacturer Korniche who specialise in modern low profile systems and they put us in touch with Vetro. Matt Tokarczyk and his team have been a delight to deal with. Work carried out per estimate. Communication was excellent as was co-ordination with roofing contractors. I do not hesitate to recommend Vetro.

As always, first class service from Matt, James and the wider team at Vetro. Quick , competitive quotation meeting all dates for strip out and install for new glazing at multiple locations. Courteous install team who removed all rubbish from sites on completion. Already have more work in the pipeline for them. Highly recommended.

Called 0924 to enquire. Repaired by 10.33. Both guy on phone and John who came out were pleasant and curtious. It was discussed on the phone about an assessment, a possible immediate remedy but also what would happen if more work was required, including the cost if the repair was possible on the same visit. Additionally, was informed on the phone in advance who was coming, what he'd be wearing and driving, details I'm sure are very reassuring to elderly or vulnerable customers. A nice touch
