Superb service, I called and explained the issue and within 3hrs Julian had arrived and fixed the defective handle. Fast, efficient & professional. I would recommend Veteran to everyone, I can now lock my front door so the baseball bat can go back in the cupboard.

The key became broken off and stuck in the lock, and Julian was with us inside an hour to remove it and check that everything was ok. Highly recommended!

Called mid morning, had a locksmith out by lunchtime, checked everything out, applied oil, told us to call back if things weren't any better. Friendly efficient service.

Attended within a couple of hours and sorted the door out within the standard charge out rate with no need for any parts which was good.
