  I would not hesitate to recommend Sean’s services. He responded to my enquiry very quickly and was available for the work soon after with a much cheaper quote than the first person I got in touch with. He was very friendly, gave me great advice, and did an excellent job, leaving no mess behind him. Very happy!

  Sean came recommended to us through friends and family and we’re extremely glad we opted for his services. His work was to an extremely high standard that satisfied the job spec completely (with complex angles and access to deal with) and in a very fast turnaround time. He was highly professional from start to finish, very punctual, with a competitive quote and left all areas very neat and tidy each day. We have no reservations about recommending Sean onwards and will be using his services again!

  Sean of Vertex visited the property in less than 24 hours from our initial call as he travelled between projects.He was able to provide a comprehensive written quote the following day. The other people we called had yet to even visit…Sean and his team managed to accommodate our urgent works straight away, this was a massive help to us. Their work was absolutely first class and with a full day of preparation before skimming it was a top quality job. They worked through to 8pm on Sunday to ensure the deadline was met and left the work area spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm
