We hired Versatile for a massive tiling project covering our large open-plan kitchen and downstairs living area with limestone tiles. This was no ordinary job, as it required precision cutting around some uniquely shaped original stone walls. Their expertise truly shone through—everything was handled with incredible skill and care. The team was punctual, stuck to the schedule and finished the project right on time. The end result is flawless and we couldn’t be more pleased. Very polite lads, but the job was rushed and not finished off as they hadn’t allowed enough time. Late morning starters, several uneven and one cracked tile. Poor fitting around shower attachments meant remedial work had to be carried out before refitting. Several small areas left ungrouted. No final polishing or silicone sealant around bath edges. Poor attention to detail.
