    Outstanding workmanship and reliable service

    Versa-Tile delivered excellent work on my kitchen floor. The job was not easy, as he took a partially tiled and wooden floor and levelled it with real care before transforming the whole space. Leon worked diligently and finished the job quickly. His friendly manner made the process easy, and the price felt very reasonable. I am very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend him and we will be asking for his help again when we sort out our bathroom.

    Large format floor tiling - great work

    Leon fitted large format porcelain tiles for my kitchen and carried out the job to an excellent standard. Great communication, self leveller the floor and tight grout lines. Highly recommended

    kitchen splash back tiling.

    fantastic tiling jod done in the kitchen. great communication and punctual. Also put up a glass splashback which was a tight fit but this was dealt with and overall a really great job.

Hello and thanks for viewing me and my profile.


A brief introduction to myself and the services I offer. I’m Leon and I’ve been tiling for around 23 years, varying from initially site-based work, so typically David Wilson, Davidsons’, and pretty much every major house builder. As the years have gone on,


I slowly moved away from the fast-paced “rush, rush, rush“ of builder sites where quality doesn’t seem to be a main priority and opted to showcase my skills in private customers' houses or one-off builders to achieve a far greater finish.


The services I provide are ceramic floor tiling, latex leveling, floor leveling, and LVT fitting (luxury vinyl tiling). So all that being said, I’d love to take on your tiling works and produce something we can all be extremely happy with. Many thanks again,
