  Unprofessional Service leading to Extra Cost and disappointment!

  I wanted to follow up regarding the work John from Veritas did for me recently. While I initially left positive feedback, I'm now very disappointed. He changed me £120 for what turned out to be rather sloppy job! He left items like a stanley knife, gloves and even big a large rubbish bag in my gutter, which is completely unacceptable! This not only caused the issue to persist but also led me to incur additional costs after hiring another company to fix the problem. Please could you address this issue as it's certainly not the level of service I expected.

  An excellent service. They responded to my phone calls and sent an estimate quickly. They carried out the work efficiently and explained what was needed with photos at every stage. Very polite and helpful. I would recommend Veritas highly.

  David has done a lot of work for me, including a new kitchen roof a few years ago, and a roof for aiviry plus more now, he is friendly, reliable, reasonably cost and very very good, very happy with him and all the work he has carried out, highly reccomend
