    The engineer was booked easily with just over a 24 hour wait. He arrived on time and was friendly and polite. I would definitely use again!

    Absolutely terrible company!

    Absolutely terrible company! You cannot get hold of anyone if you want to cancel, all they do is ignore you. Ive given my 3 months notice and heard nothing so sent another email to receive a blank email? What the hell am I going to do with that?!  Well I'm done, your getting no more money from me, take me to court if you want, I cancelled and served my 3 months notice, your complete lack of customer service that I have documented will back me up in court if proceedings went that far!

    Never turned up for install

    Purchased an alarm from Verisure as part of their Black Friday promotion. They were happy enough to take my deposit over the phone however booking an installation was a nightmare. When I did finally manage to book an install the day came and the installer never turned up. It took 3 days of calling to finally get through to them and all the offered was another install date at the end of January. Am now in the process of receiving a refund but doubtful I’ll ever see it.

    Mis-sold to us - they lie to sell. AVIOID

    They mis-sold to us. The equipment was sold for £500 and the money was asked to be put into the personal account of the installer. The quoted £31.50/ month but this went up to £44/month. When I showed them voice and email records they dropped the price to £31.50/month. Then out of the blue the started chasing me for the £70 part of the £500 installation cost and said the installer had not registered the complete £500 payment. I have now cancelled and will be claiming back everything through a small claims court.

    Terrible

    Verisure made an appointment immediately after I filled in form on web. Verisure failed to show at appointment said they would be along an hour later. They failed to show an hour later and said they would be along around 3 hours later. Failed to show said they might come that night or failing that made another appontment. Verisure failed to show for new appointment said they were busy and they would come half an hour later. Three hours later said they could visit at 20.30. I did not respond. Lost all confidence in this company. Is this how they behave during an emergency?

    To install a home alarm system

    Well where to start on my journey with Verisure. It has been HELL! The reviews on here all look very positive but please please please have a read of the negative ones and you will see a common theme. Verisure are great until you want to cancel. From then on they make it almost impossible. The salesman said I could cancel the subscription and keep the kit and app access. He put it all up and when I called customer servs to cancel the subscription they said I had been lied to and I could not retain access to the app. 7 weeks on, still no money ack and cant get them to take it all away. Crooks!
