We have recently moved to a new house & needed a cat flap fitting into a glass door. After being let down by another company and my cat being kept indoors for 5 weeks, I contacted VEPS Vinny came round 2 days later (our availability, he did offer to come the next day) to measure glass and cat flap, he gave a very reasonable quote & ordered the new glass for the door that same day. We were kept updated & a week later Vinny returned to carry out the work. He has done a great job, the everything has been installed to a high standard and we now have a very happy cat. Highly recommended 👌

I contacted Vinny to request a quote as my windows had ‘dropped’ and also required new handles. Vinny came the same day to investigate and quote and returned the next day to carry out the work. An excellent speedy service, which is what I needed as my property is sold. A very nice, easy to deal with gentleman and a very reasonable price. My windows are now whole again. I put a message on checkatrade on a Saturday stating my dilemma after trying to adjust a door and really making a mess of it and making it unusable. within 5 minutes I had a phone call offering to come out on the Monday and have a look and give me a quote. I didnt want a quote I just wanted it done and he offered me a fair price to do it and said he would come out on the Monday between 9-10am. all i can say is he came, he fixed and did exactly as he said, very happy. I will defintly use again if needed and highly recommend thankyou very much
