Tom was quick to reply to messages, booked me in and kept me updated on his ETA on the day of the works. Very friendly, thorough and professional.

So initially everything was good. Tom remembered my property from 2020 and was interested in communicating with my Tenant and getting the certificate generated. This is where it ended. Once the recommendations had been sent, his interest in making good was gone. I sent multiple communications and was either ignored or fobbed off. kHis quote to get the works done was over £200 more expensive than what I have been forced to get quoted due to his lack of communication.

Tom was ever the consummate professional dealing with electrical issues as part of our kitchen refurbishment. The antiquated wiring and circuits needed updating and new lighting and sockets replacing the old and dangerous ones. The outcome was fantastic we have everything we wanted in a new and fully functional kitchen. I can’t recommend Ventura Installations enough they are by a long way the best electrical specialists I have ever used.

Tom and his assistant were brilliant, they put up the new lighting in the bathroom and hallway , made a really good job of it, looking good now . then they had a really good tidy up, they could have done the rest of the house. ????. thanks a lot lads superb job. take care

Dean was on time, friendly, and courteous. He completed the work efficiently, explained what he'd done, and even showed me a photo of the work that he'd done in the loft (which I wouldn't otherwise see). I am very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Ventura were really easy to deal with. I got a quote quickly and when I accepted it, they were able to book me in on a date that worked for me. The electrician Reece arrived on time, and carried out the work efficiently and to a good standard. He was also very friendly and we had a good long chat about the work.
