From the initial query to arrive, Giles has been easy to communicate with. He is very honest and was thorough in his assessment before undertaking the work and a few extra things whilst here (securing pipework). I will be using Velocity Plumbing again for any future work required.

I've used Giles on a few occasions now. He came and worked quickly and efficiently to repair a leaking pipe. At the same time he replaced all of the nearby pipe joints to ensure 100% that no more problems would happen in the future. Best of all Giles charges very reasonable rates. I can fully recommend Giles without reservation.

We sent for Giles on the recommendation of our neighbour he fixed our toilet flush and dripping tap almost immediately on request and then replaced the toilet and wash basin at our request and removed the bidet from our bathroom. He was true to his word, professional, reliable, extremely tidy and efficient a really lovely person to have win your house. We would certainly recommend him and will undoubtedly use him again if we need any plumbing doing.
