I chose Florian et Florens after seeing previous work, which attention to details spoke for itself. I hired them for full wrap-around extension and complete house renovation, including complex tasks like removing front wall and installing 8-meter steel beam frame. Despite the risks of removing load-bearing walls, Flo and his team handled everything with expertise. The process was smooth and fast—I moved back into my home just 6 months after work began. The finish is stunning: perfectly aligned tiles, impeccable plastering, bathrooms resembling a 5-star hotel. Highly recommend!

I trusted Velia Brothers (Florian, Florens and Egzon) with a full house refurbishment (my first one) and they were quick wih their work and they always do what they say they're going to do. As with any building work there will always be some minor issues that require attention - they have always been quick to respond and have completed as they promised it would be. So, the work was completed initially to a very high standard and the after care has still been there too! I would do another renovation work with Velia Brothers in the future.

Velia Brothers Construction did an amazing job on my kitchen and bathroom renovation, including the flooring, plumbing, and electrical work. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional. In terms of the process ,it was an WhatsApp group so it was easy to contact the team.They stayed on schedule, worked within the timelines, and delivered high-quality results.
