The operative arrived at stated time, he was polite and pleasant however the key only works as ignition, non of the 3 buttons responds to being pressed, the car was left locked, I could only get in by using key in the driver door, had to manually unlock the other doors from the inside and I can not unlock the boot. I had made the operative aware that I don't usually lock the car, however he failed to inform me that the car was locked. Also he did not allow me to try the new key till the bill was paid- and left as soon as payment was made so I could not realise the key was not functional asid

They attended my motorhome and refit the door locks and ignition. If you lose your keys and have no access to your vehicle, this is the guy who can fix the problem for you. Would use again.

Really great, kept me informed on when they would be arriving, had researched my car and possible reasons for problem in advance so it was thankfully a quick and easy fix. Very pleased and happy to recommend to anyone.
