I needed an extremely heavy ancient cast iron garden bench to be removed urgently. Contact was made very quickly and responses to my questions were answered almost immediately. I was happy with my quote - higher than the council but I was happy to pay extra to have the collection within a couple of days rather than two weeks with TVBC - and the men who collected the bench were lovely! I highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

contacted early morning and Veals were at my door about 2.5 hours later. really swift service, good price compared to competitors and very helpful gentleman working for Veals. highly recommend!

1st class did exactly what I asked for

Jack Veal and the team did an excellent job. We had a large amount of waste wood, fencing and other garden waste (including a chicken coop that needed to be dismantled), and a shed or two full of domestic materials such as old carpets, large amounts of cardboard etc. He came to give us a quote in person-gave us a fair and accurate quotation and the team did the job professionally, quickly and fully. The actual amount was similar to what we would have to pay for a skip to full ourselves. Excellent service which we will certainly use in future.
