My Cardale garage door mechanism failed with the lifting wire coming off the winding cone. The door was unusable. I rang Vinny late in the afternoon, he was in Mudeford but came over to Broadstone. He advised it needed new cones and wires on both sides, new side rollers & a good cleanup & lubrication. Before he left that evening he managed to rethread the wire onto the cone allowing me to use the door again. He came back a week or so later with the new parts and effected a permanent repair. He also lubricated the other door. He went the extra mile. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.

Called Vinney as electric garage door was not responding when using the remote. He arrived 2 hours later and fixed the fault immediately. No charge! A really helpful and cheerful guy. Would recommend him.

Excellent service, new automated garage door fitted,as original door now difficult to lift up and over.Vinny and son were exceptional probably weather worse day of year for rain! On leaving took all rubbish away and left area clean and tidy.Gave me good explanation on use and if power cut how to use with key,door extremely easy to open with key,not heavy.Pleasure to meet them.

My old(ish) sectional door was getting heavy and difficult to open, Vinny came the same day that I contactd hime and adjusted the spring tension, oiled it and now opens with a finger - well done.
