A great experience with Simon at Vato Electrical, very efficient and we are happy with the results (kitchen downlights)

Simon explains the problems and his proposed solutions very well. He works efficiently and effectively with a very cheerful manner. His pricing for the work was very fair and the basis of charging very clear. Strongly recommended.

Simon is a diamond! On a Sunday he came to accurately quote given we had a few small jobs needed and talked over the various options- pros/cons in choosing these. The quote was acceptable, especially given his great communication with advising and reminding when he could do the job a few days later. During his remediations it came to light (joke) a few additional items were needed and he covered these too. Very tidy in his workmanship and systematic with shoe covers/dust sheets to maintain mess, then hoovering up after each completed job. Wish all tradespersons were as professional as Simon!

Simon was very professional and efficient. He quickly found the problem and offered a great solution. We finally have lights and a working circuit that had been out of order for months.

Very professional, clean, quick and knowledgeable. We had damaged a cable that was behind the wall when drilling to install a curtain pole, and lost power on the ground floor as a result. Simon came the next morning, identified the issue, opened the wall, fixed the cable and moved it out if the way so that we could install the curtain pole safely. Would recommend and use again.
