They came to assess the job within two hours of me posting it. I was given a two hour time slot and given 45 minutes notice before arrival. They assessed the job and put poison down. After week no more signs of rats and the start of a dead smell, they came back again with a two hour slot and call before arrival, removed the dead rat and blocked all holes so there’s no longer access. I was very pleased with the service

The company is very reliable and honest, they came to see the job before quoting a price. The were honest from the beginning of what needed to be done. They have got rid of all bed bugs in a rental property I have. I have previously used another company for the same property for the same problem but the level of quality and professionalism is worlds apart. Thank you again for your hard work.
