  Spot on

  Had my 4 rooms carpet cleaned today and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The carpets look fresh, revived, and almost brand new again. The deodoriser was a great touch too — the whole house smells amazing without being overpowering. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend!

  I recently hired Vastora Group for my end of tenancy clean, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered a spotless finish in every room. The attention to detail was impressive. bathroom, carpets, and even the smallest fixtures were cleaned to a very high standard. My estate agent commented on how immaculate the property looked, my full deposit was returned without any issues. Would definitely use them again!

  Most professional and friendly locksmiths

  I was stressed before my flight from Heathrow after losing my keys and getting locked out without my passport. Most locksmiths quoted high prices and long waits, which wasn’t helpful with just hours to spare. Thankfully, I found Vastora Group — they understood the urgency and had someone at my door within 30 minutes. While I packed the car, the locksmith quickly and professionally changed the locks. I even ended up with time to spare! Truly outstanding service in an emergency. Highly recommended! 5 star service

  Lock repair

  Lock was malfunctioning. Contractor came to repair. Within a month the same issue is manifesting itself. Contractor does not care about the quality of his work and issue and refuses to answer my messages and request to fix the job.

  Replaced lock on sliding patio door

  I received a response promptly, thankfully, to address a security issue. The work was completed with a couple of hours and to my complete satisfaction. The attending locksmith were courteous and undertook the work with the minimum of fuss. A definite recommendation!
