I choose them following a recommendation and I am so pleased I did ! Vern and Dylan were the absolute best ! I had a lot of stuff to move and they did it with so much care and respect and never moaned. They really took all the stress away and did such a brilliant job and made it fun! All my precious things were handled with care. Highly recommend and will pass on the recommendation:)

They are a great team, hard workers and with this job, they did 3 separate drop offs to 3 different locations, very much appreciated. We had an incredible experience with VA Phillips, from a prompt and friendly initial visit to provide a quote, through to packing and moving. Vern and Dylan went the extra mile on our moving day to ensure all of our belongings were safely moved into our new home and furniture reassembled. They were really kind and took the stress out of the whole process. 100% recommend - we couldn't have managed without you and cannot thank you enough!

We moved yesterday and, even after such a long day, the very first thing I wanted to do was share a recommendation for this removal company. We have young children, and they were absolutely amazing—reliable, friendly, and so professional. They didn’t damage a single thing and made the whole process so much easier for us. I honestly couldn’t praise them enough!

Really happy we found this company! We had a tricky buyer who insisted we were out of our house within 2 days of confirming. We have a 9 month old baby and my husband works long shifts.
