Absolutely awful. We were overcharged for 4 hours. Now we have a wardrobe with only the doors and one shelf not damaged. The back of it is all cracked, not attached properly as tacks are missing, the back panel taped up with parcel tape, one shelf unusable as they broke the support holes and lost a pin. A solid metal music rack (could support 67.5kg) was warped during the move. There are also scratched walls in one property and scratched door and door frame in the other. The owner has said that they are not liable for the damage as we reported it 9 hours later than their T&C tell us to.

Notis and his team worked so hard and super fast from the minute they came into our house. We got a American double fridge freezer and they managed to get it through a tiny gate to our first floor flat without any damage. We were truly impressed! Definitely will use the company again in the future.
