  Assistant with home move

  Very friendly and did a great job! All our furniture and boxes were handled with good care and the team was super professional. Felt comfortable throughout. I've worked with other moving companies before where the staff were not professional movers and there is just a difference, it's much more stressful and hands-on. Would definitely hire them again for any future moves.

  Jon and his team mate Callum moved all of our furniture into our new home.

  This is the second time we have sought the services of Vantastic Man Jon. The first was to move furniture from London to Eastbourne. We were very impressed with the excellent communications from Jon as we had to co-ordinate arrival in Eastbourne. So when we needed help moving within the London area, Vantastic Man Jon was our first thought. As with the first time, Jon and Callum worked tirelessly all day, unfailingly with care, politeness and with humour - all of which was much appreciated! Most of us are aware how stressful moving is and their calm way of working was especially helpful.

  House move

  Jon and his colleague Callum came to help us move house this week, they were both so professional and efficient, alleviating any house love anxiety we had!! No part of the job was too much for them and they were so calm and professional throughout. We absolutely could not have done it without them and will be forever grateful for how smooth they made our transition into our new home! Thank you!!!

  Moving items from storage to house.

  Jon was great at phone comms, arrived with colleague on time; very polite and cheerful. My experience would have been better if they had given closer attention to the items they were moving. I later found that two wooden chests had been put down with the hinges facing the room, and had to be shifted around. Ditto a heavy laminated desk surface (back to front on the pedestals). Also, I found later that they’d left the door to my storage facility wide open (it still had property in it). So a mixed bag for me. Judging by other rave reviews, I guess Jon and colleague were having a bad day...

  This move happened a long time ago. My colleague was relatively new, and had not been fully Trained, which is why the chests had been facing the wrong way round. With regards to the storage facility, I’ve already apologised for that, it wasn’t open, it was unlocked. Still our fault

  Removal from flat to house

  Jon and his colleague arrived promptly on the day we moved. They were very friendly and polite. They got straight to work keeping me informed of what they planned to do as well as completing any requests I had. They worked very efficiently, took great care of our belongings and were very trustworthy. Once we had the new keys (after a delay) Jon and his colleague again worked very promptly and efficiently to get all of items into the house and to correct rooms and checking if they were not sure. I would highly recommend using Jon at Vantasticman and I will be using Jon again as very impressed.

  Swiftly moved house contents from storage facility into new home

  Vantastic Man offered and delivered on a brilliant service. They very quickly an efficiently emptied my storage facility moving my house contents to my new home. The crew were very polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them. I am a returning customer as I was pleased with the service delivery when moving the contents of my house into the storage facility last year. A job very well done; thank you!
