Highly recommended and will use again. Have used Chris on three occassions now , Why ? Honest , Reliable, Resonable pricing ( and sticks to it), Courteous , tidy and keeps one informed of progress. Also has a great range of equally reliable trade/craft people within his network . If Chris recommends they are good.

I was extremely impressed with both the workmanship and service provided by Chris from Vantage Construction. Not only did he make a great job of the damp proofing but was also polite, tidy and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and what could be done and it was carried out in an exemplary fashion. I would highly recommend him and would be more than happy to use him again myself in the future.

Excellent! I dont often recommend.... however I would highly recommend this company to you. The guys are professional, have years of experience and worked continuously from when they arrived until they left. Each morning they informed me what the were doing that day and each day the work was completed. They didnt ask questions - they simply got with the job! ...what more could you ask for. The finish was excellent! Clean and tidy! What more can I say! Would definitely use again

Very conscientious and delivered work to a high standard ensuring Building Control were satisfied throughout. Also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Chris came round to review work quickly and provided a quote within a few days. Once quote accepted work started promptly. We left him to it to ensure distancing and was pleased at the end of day one with the progress made. The job was finished in the stated time scale and everything was left tidy and instructions left as to how we tackle redecorating once the plaster is dry. Altogether very satisfactory.
