  Underfloor Leak

  1st Response Heating and Cooling Limited could not rectify the issue directly due to it being a structural issue which would need clearance from the Landlord. Despite this he took the time to advise me on ways to minimise the damage until clearance can be made. Unlike many others he did not disregard the phone call because he could not make any £ from the job. Fully appreciate the time and advice. Would recommend. Thanks again.

  Fitting radiators

  Fitted radiators as wished. Where pipework couldn’t match what I wanted they explained why and gave an acceptable solution. Overall very clean and tidy. Even accommodated late change to start time.

  Various plumbing jobs

  These guys have done multiple jobs on my house in the last few years - power showers, fixing leaks, sealant, outdoor water supply, new taps & today fixing the toilet overflow. They are competitively priced, come round quickly/ on time, do a great job very efficiently, then tidy up. They are now my go-to plumbers. 5 star.

  Van has helped us out a few times and is always excellent. He responds quickly and finds time to come and fix things for us at short notice when needed. Would 100% recommend him.
