Jamie is thorough and conscientious, we are over the moon with our new bathroom. Despite a couple of hiccups with supplies, he worked with us through the options and made sure we were happy with everything. Jamie did an amazing job with a complete refurb of our family bathroom. We are delighted with the finish and found Jamie a pleasure to have around whilst completing the work, whilst being comfortable leaving him in our home whilst we weren’t there. He went above and beyond in helping recommend and approve our fixtures and fittings which we chose to source online, and making suggestions to make small improvements etc. Finally he dealt with the challenges presented by our very old (and slightly wonky) house with patience and had great communication throughout. Jamie completed a full bathroom refit including designing, plumbing and tiling. The new bathroom is fresh, modern and stylish with the work completed to a very high standard. Rather than covering up existing flaws with the walls and floor that were found after the old suite was stripped out, Jamie went above and beyond to fix the core issues - straightening walls that were misaligned and repairing a creak in the floor. Throughout the process Jamie's care for the work and attention to detail were obvious -and he was friendly and helpful with advice. Job location: CM23From start to finish Jamie was so helpful and friendly. He helped us when we were choosing everything for the bathroom to make sure it would work he reviewed the products for us and gave us helpful advice. When he started the work he was excellent, we have a toddler so he always made sure he was clean and tidy. He takes so much time and effort into his work and it really shows. We will defiantly recommend and use Jamie again in the future. Thank you!
