Valley windows - Wayne was very professional on the quotation stage and told us all the information we needed to know. We decided to go with Valley Windows and they didn’t let us down. We got an early fitting day and they arrived on time, took the old door and side panels out (which they disposed of) and fitted the new door and side panels - it looks fabulous. Cannot fault it. Would definitely use them again

We have used Valley Windows before for a conservatory and we were very pleased. We called them back to replace 6 old windows. Aaron started and was reliable, clean and tidy. Wayne joined him and finished off replacing them, both were reliable, clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Valley Windows Doors & Conservatories.

Having used Valley Windows to replace our double glazing last year, we were happy to go back to them when we wanted to replace our front and back doors. Wayne came round and discussed all the options, advising on which best suited our requirements, including lower thresholds and security. Wayne provided a full written quote which we accepted, paid the deposit and then booked dates to have the doors fitted. Aaron fitted the doors for us. He is friendly and professional and left the work area clean and tidy. Wayne ensured we were happy with the doors before we paid the outstanding balance.

Valley Windows replaced all of the windows and the back door of our house. They were a pleasure to deal with. They turned up when they said they would, worked carefully, taking time to do the job without damage to decor and cleared up each day so that there was nothing for us to do, but keep them fuelled with coffee and cold drinks.

This is the second time I have used Wayne and Valley Windows because I was so happy with their work previously. This time I had a lovely new FD30 rated fire door fitted. Wayne’s clear information and transparent pricing up front was helpful from the start. I was given a full range of choice of colours and styles with zero pressure. Unlike some other companies I always felt I was being treated with honesty and respect throughout. Communication was great too, before during and after the work was completed. I am so happy with my new fire door and would not hesitate to recommend Valley Windows.
