  Good job, nice guy

  We were pleased with the job Val carried out in repainting three ceilings in our property after some flood damage. I'd recommend Val if you're looking for a painter and decorator, plus he's a genuinely nice person who we enjoyed working with.

  I had my 4 bed house painted by vali construction I’m amazed by he’s job he did the job very clean and spotless him and he’s time was very well communicated and right with the time work ,

  End of tenancy cleaning

  We hire for end of tenancy cleaning. Excellent job, tenant was satisfied with the job. Compare with other companies where payment is done in advance, with Alvi Cleaning part payment is asked at beginning and rest once job is complete and satisfied. We recommend and already engaged for other jobs as well.

  End of tenancy clean - DO NOT USE

  I booked an end of tenancy clean. They did a superficial rudimentary clean at best. Missed a cupboard and the WC. Didn’t know how to clean a washing machine or dryer. Put me in an awkward position with my landlord. I had to take more time off work to go fix his mess. Refused to refund for shoddy job. Do not use. Would not provide a receipt of work done.

  Hi there I was to the lady who gave bad review on me profile I did a deep clean in her property I asked her to show me what’s need to be clean before I start the job and before I finish I asked her to come and have a look she did check all the areas where I need it to clean she told me to clean once more a little mess in fridge which I did it she told me to clean the washing machine the glass and another part of washing machine I did that as well in front of her I ask her to check everything in details and her with the husband was very happy with the job to the point she even gave me 15£ tip After 1 week she calls me back saying you miss some cupboard and I didn’t clean that washing machine properly how can that happen after one week that’s a bit suspicious also she asked me to return the money back which i didn’t accept and she gave me a bad review when all my other reviews are 10/10 this is ridiculous
