Had a few stains of unknown origin on a carpet that came with a purchased house. Was able to work with that limited info to achieve an excellent result. The lad arrived early than booked which was no problem, he always quickly replied to messages i had sent him, very professional, he give a brief explanation of what he would be doing and just got on with the job. I am very happy with the service and recommended him to my sister, he did her carpet aswell and she is very happy. I recently booked a valet cleaning service for some much-needed upholstery work at our family home and I’m over the moon with the results. From the moment I contacted Joe and the team, to them arriving and completing the work, their service was absolutely top notch! Friendly, professional and even patient with our crazy toddler and newborn. Our sofas look so fresh and light, the living room seems to feel brand new. I didn’t realise just how much we needed this work doing until we saw the transformation. It actually feels like a mini home makeover. Huge thanks to Joe.
