The absolute best in every way - Phil was very polite, highly skilled, charged me less than the quote, and the only person who was prepared to help us given the complexity of the issue - I have seen 8 people in 2 years and none felt they could/would help us. We had a garage gutter fail but the abutting conservatory had (absurdly) been built up to and over it. Damp was rising up the wall where the water was trapped. Phil managed to access and fit a narrower gutter within in the existing one. An absolute legend and a consummate professional. I am so so grateful. We love you Phil!
