Communication from the first enquiry was spot on. Darcy managed the entire job for us, including all waste removal on top. The teams attention to detail was outstanding and my agent has even asked for their details to carry out future cleans for them. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have been looking for good, reliable and hard working cleaners since December. Following a string of let downs and no shows, we were about to give up. Then we saw the girls at Utopia came highly recommended, so we thought we would have one last try before giving up on it! Darcey and Chelsea turned up on time and we found them to be friendly, approachable and very accommodating. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they worked so hard to get our house sparkling clean and smelling fresh. We look forward to welcoming Catelynn for our weekly cleans. Highly recommended!
