  The communication was excellent throughout the process and any issues that arose were addressed quickly and efficiently. We had no idea about how solar worked so the support and advice has been brilliant for us to help us make the most out of our system.

  Central heating boiler update

  You did a survey in January told me i qualified for grant. It would take around 4 months to complete. I waited 4 months with NO follow up. I rang you and was told that grants had run out 2weeks after acceptance. Disgusting service

  Hi David, Thank you for providing feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This sounds like an ECO4 application for a grant, which is unrelated to Utilita's solar offering, but nevertheless I'm sorry to hear you didn't get a positive outcome

  Utilita Home provided Solar Panels and Battery for our home. From initial consultation to installation, the the quality of work and communication was excellent. The installation team worked with us as individuals, discussing any options and issues to find the best solution for our home. They were tidy, thorough and professional at all times.   Great communications, well designed solution, what others consider an optional extra were included in quote, such as anti-bird mesh. Installation team were professional and tidy, configuration and management of the solution is simple. Testament to the solution, is that I made a profit in March and April this year, so payback is expected to be even quicker than expected

  The panels were installed painlessly and look as if they belong - the battery was installed in the garage and again the work was impeccable. I cant speak higly enough of the workmanship, the communication and the overall service we received. Thank you

  Solar Panel installation.

  From all the quotes we received Utilita were far more professional during the process. Their price was competitive and I could not fault the whole process from start to finish. The guys that installed the PV panels on the roof worked well together and installed all of the panels in just one day, keeping us informed on progress as they went. The electrical work was carried out by a professional electrician and did a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Utilita to my friends and family.
