Quick responses, good advice, lots of additional explanations on how to use the solar panels. The work was very clean and efficient, whilst the customer service they provided couldn’t be better. From the very first phone call they showed respect and eagerness to help. Solar panels are of premium quality and all the work was done with no delays. Job location: DN31You did a survey in January told me i qualified for grant. It would take around 4 months to complete. I waited 4 months with NO follow up. I rang you and was told that grants had run out 2weeks after acceptance. Disgusting serviceResponse from Utilita Home
Hi David, Thank you for providing feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This sounds like an ECO4 application for a grant, which is unrelated to Utilita's solar offering, but nevertheless I'm sorry to hear you didn't get a positive outcome
