Very prompt reply to my enquiry and a next day visit was scheduled to investigate/ repair fan oven which was not heating up. Failed element was diagnosed and luckily Muhammad had a suitable spare, which was efficiently fitted. Very pleasant and efficient young man, who did a good job at a fair price

Usman was quick, efficient, tidy and respectful of my property (eg, he brought shoe covers to wear). He was the first person to respond to my enquiry, kept me updated with his arrival time and had different parts in stock so he was able to repair my oven there and then.

Usman is very good at his job, with significant experience from his previous role as a call out repair agent and working with British Gas. He communicates well and completed his task efficiently.

Usman came on a Sunday to fix my oven just before Christmas! He had a wide range of spares with him, and was able to sort it out very efficiently. He was pleasant and polite and I was very happy with his work - thank you Usman!

The guys arrived over the weekend and were polite, worked quickly and fixed the problem with our Bosch oven. Great job and two great lads to meet.
