This is a live feedback for Tor and Jacob who have been immense with helping trace and assess a water leak in our roof which caused significant damage to the property. We discovered the issue on Friday 16th January 2026. We got in touch with a great Water Restoration company who recommended Urgent-Plumbing. Tor and Jacob met us on Sunday 18th to find the leak and fix it. They’ve been of great help in the week after the leak answering calls to get the heating back up. Relying on them has been huge because we live in London and the property we bought is in Nottingham.

Great work guys! I'd been let down by the insurance company finding a plumber after leak in the bathroom. Water turned off so stop the leak getting worse, so struggling with things. The 2 guys were great, local-ish (Nottingham), and kept me in touch with parts and progress. Highly recommended! Scotr

Arrived home late Friday afternoon to a water leak under the sink. Contacted Urgent-Plumbing and within 90 minutes were on site. Fault quickly identified and a permanent repair carried out. Excellent clean job carried out by them. The biggest plus was that there were no hidden costs - call-out fees, evening fees etc and the price was perfect - not ripped off. Excellent work, thanks lads. I will certainly be using you again and will have no hesitation in recommending you.

I recently had plumbing work done by Jacob and T, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. As a woman living alone, I’m always a bit cautious about letting tradespeople into my home, but both Jacob and T were incredibly respectful, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. When a pipe to my sink burst they gave support over the phone to prevent further house damage and attended quickly to resolve the issue. Professional,polite,responsive and quality service. They care about thier customers and it shows.
