When a pipe to my sink burst they gave support over the phone to prevent further house damage and attended quickly to resolve the issue. Professional,polite,responsive and quality service. They care about thier customers and it shows.

Came along at short notice. Did a great job and offered some extra advice on other heating issues. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

i had a burst pipe on my sink in bathroom at 3 am on a sunday , i called them and within 30 mins they arrived, they stopped the water ,that had now flooded my kitchen too, they came back first thing monday morning to do the repairs, when the kitchen ceiling was taken down another leak was found they responded to my call immediately and again carried out the work, nothing was too much trouble for them ,very proffessional,reliable and realisticly priced would highly recommend them and will 100% call them again thank you for your proffesionalism and your service.

Quick response, explained what was wrong and gave advice regarding what they needed to do. They have arranged to call me in a couple of days to check everything is ok before sending the bill. They have also advised that if the fix doesn’t work in the long term it may need a new part which they will come and fit but want to try the cheaper fix first which I appreciate. Very courteous and friendly service. Thank you
