  Alfie was very quick to respond to the online query. I was given a reasonable quote and then within a few days, the work started. Alfie communicated every step of the way. He's polite, respectful and left everything tidy when he left. Definitely a good contact to have and will be booking in for any bits in the future!

  After submitting my job on Checkatrade, this company got in touch with me regarding a leak at the back of my property, which had caused damp in both the back bedroom and kitchen. From the outset, their communication was excellent—they kept me fully informed at every stage of the inspection and clearly explained what was being done. They arrived on time, were respectful of my property, and carried out the work in a professional and tidy manner. The pricing was very reasonable, and I had absolutely no issues throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing roof

  Great work at a very good price.

  Urgency Roofing & Property Maintenance came to look at the roof nextdoor and I asked if they could look at my roof, they showed me photos of damage including slipped tiles, cracked tiles and even a complete missing tile leaving a hole in my roof. I received a very reasonable price for the work required and they managed to do the work the very next day. Very good work carried out and the whole area left clean and tidy, I'm very happy to recommend Urgency Roofing & Property Maintenance and will definitely be using them again.

  A company you can trust.

  Responded quickly to my enquiry as I needed work doing on my roof due to storm damage. Agreed a price for the work and paid on completion, didn't ask for money up front. Kept us informed every step of the way, good set of hard working lads. Would highly recommend.
