  Initially, the work required replacement of some old guttering. A couple of months later, as there were no issues with the first job, they returned to do a similar job on the other side of the house. Once again, no problems and when we discovered some raining in over the weekend, we asked them to come and assess the problem. They responded very quickly, highlighted the fault and did the job the same day (including removal of 2 redundant chimneys) They are very tidy, clean up after the job and very personable.
