Phenomenal. Lokesh was responsive, helpful, and quickly framed the problem and send an estimate to solve it. As it turned out, they had a late cancellation so came round even quicker than I expected, got straight to work and even fixed a different problem (Lewis seemed to relish having a side quest). Price was very reasonable, everything was easy, and they even left a spotlessly tidy site when they left. We needed someone to trace a leak from our shower and Lokesh from Urban Upgrades persevered until he found it. In the end the shower unit had to be removed and replaced. Lokesh did a very good, professional job and resolved the problem. He is one of the tidiest tradesmen we have ever used.
