  Colin was thorough, professional and conscientious. He fixed both the initial leaking area as well as giving us an honest and practical appraisal of other potential issues, highlighting which were more urgent and which were for awareness in the future. Communicated well throughout and went the extra mile to complete the work promptly, especially the initial leak.

  Efficient and professional

  Collin and Peter worked hard to complete the moss removal by hand using trowels. A time consuming process but the results were very good and no damage to the tiles. Post work, Collin used a drone to show me the works completed and to also high light additional works that would be required in the future. I have no hesitation in recommended Urban Roofing.

  Gutter clearing

  Colin was incredibly helpful and cleared the rear gutters for me whilst working at my neighbours house. Polite, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend him enough.

  I wouldn't hesitate to use Colin again or to recommend him. He is reliable, well priced, takes exceptional pride in his work and is a nice guy to have working in your home - which is really important. He goes over and above to ensure the work is done to a high standard and that you're happy with it. Good communication.
