This is not the first time I have used Urban Nature. The crew arrived promptly and did exactly what was promised. They made every effort to tidy up after themselves and did an excellent job. I'm really impressed with the efficient, no-fuss, friendly approach from Darren and his team. It was great value and they came out quickly to do the work. They cleared up afterwards and you'd never know the tree stump had been there. They didn't even disturb the smaller plants around the bay tree. Darren also advised me on some other gardening matters, making him a very useful person to know. We contacted Urban Nature Tree Surgery to reduce the height of a large eucalyptus tree. This is done about every two years so this was their third visit. We can offer all types of tree services from crown reduction, thinning, felling or even lifting. You may want to have a tree at your home or workplace shaped, pruned or removed. *(Taking into consideration the usual legal requirements: Tree preservation orders, conservation areas etc.) We also pride ourselves on meeting all your garden requirements, which can range from a general tidy up one off service to a periodic or continuous maintenance plan.
We can manage and resolve all situations of this type for you. We carry Public Liability Insurance covering all work we undertake, for complete peace of mind for our customers at their home or work.
Our small team of trained and experienced arborculturists believe it is important that trees are well maintained, thus helping to provide a healthy thriving environment that benefits the habitat of people and wildlife alike. All of our staff are fully qualified having attained both practical and theory certificates in our craft. We are NPTC qualified through Brinsbury Campus part of Chichester College, and also have the City & Guilds certificate of which we are proud. We also take health and safety very seriously, of course looking at the risks involved with any new job. This is something we take into consideration when looking at any new garden works.
