  I recently used this service for an end-of-tenancy clean and was very impressed. The cleaner was punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The property was left in a great condition, with clear attention paid to key areas. Everything looked fresh and well-presented, which really helped take the stress out of moving. Overall, a reliable and efficient service. I’d happily recommend and would use again in the future.

  This was intended to be a deep clean akin to end of tenancy

  I was fairly disappointed in the quality of the job versus the cost. It was expensive at £200 and I expected that to be two people for half a day or one person for a full day. It turned out to be one person for 4 hours (even though I had been told there would be another member of staff). Bits were missed including specifically the inside of cupboards and drawers in the kitchen which I had identified as needing doing. Overall it was average but too expensive for the it was (the hourly rate worked out at £50!)

  Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify the situation regarding this job. The booking was initially described as a 3-room end of tenancy clean, and I was informed that the property would be fully cleared and ready for cleaning. However, upon arrival, the property was not empty, and the job involved 4 rooms instead of 3, which increased the scope of work. In addition, the kitchen and fridge were still full, requiring me to move and reorganise multiple bottles and items before I could properly clean. This is not typically included in a standard end of tenancy clean, especially when
