Ashton was clear and professional in his communications throughout using the Checkatrade website meant service (something rare, having used the app several times). He advised on options and was transparent with pricing. All stages were completed according to schedule and efficiently. He also had leftover carpet stiched up for free for us, so we can use it as two further matching rugs.
