Cannot recommend enough! Ashton was exceptionally helpful, quick to reply and flexible with my booking. I was waiting to complete on a purchase, the date of which was changing on a daily basis but I wanted the floor to be re-done as soon as possible. Ashton was more than understanding and super flexible meaning the floors were done within 48 hours of moving :) The rest of the team were super friendly and a pleasure to be around, they were fast, diligent...absolute no complaints. Thanks so much!

We meet a number of tradespeople whilst looking after a number of small properties in East London. Ashton was reasonable with his quote, did a very neat job, was friendly, competent and tidy. We are very happy to have found Urban Floors and will be contacting them again over the summer for our next job.

Ashton was very good with communication, completed a neat job. And tidied up after. Reasonable price compared to all of the other quotes we received. Polite to everyone in our building (a small block of flats.) We will be booking another job with him soon. It has been helpful to find him.
