We had 5 air conditioning units installed in our house, We opted for the designer Toshiba Haori option and the units are stunning. They do not look like your typical air conditioning units. The team were polite and thorough as well as extremely tidy. Great job!

Urban HVAC came to our pre school today to conduct the servicing of our AC systems and MVHR system. We found the team to be very thorough as well as extremely tidy and polite we strongly recommend others to use their services.

Urban Cooling provided exemplary service in all areas. From the quotation to the installation, it was seamless, clean, and professional. Ian's site visit pinpointed areas where I could save money and get the needed unit. Erin was a fantastic communicator and a necessary liaison between us all. Craig installed and serviced my units, and I didn't even know he was in the house for the most part; the work was clean and tidy, and he respected my living space. Robin came in last to repair and make good; work again was so good you couldn't tell anything had been done in the home.

The Urban team arrived today to fix my office air conditioning. The team were on time,very knowledgable and my system is now back up and running.Great job guys!

Ian and his team were amazing from start to finish, I called as my air con at home (which we also use for heating) had ‘stopped working’. Ian came to have a look and instead of telling me it wasn’t working and charging me loads of money for a new system (our one is quite old) he simply had a look and showed me how utterly filthy it was, and simply just needed a good old clean. He sent Craig round who arrived and was polite and tidy, and cleaned our whole system. It’s working as good as it was many years ago when it was new. Would defo recommend! And will be using again for sure!

Outstanding customer service from the moment of the first contact to the service appointment. Highly impressed with the workmanship of the gentlemen who attended, he was very polite and cleaned my units in my living room and bedroom with care. Highly recommend and will use them again.
